The International Air Transport Association (IATA) hosted a hackathon for improving the air travel experience for people with reduced mobility.

In two weeks, my team and I conducted research to understand the needs of people traveling with mobility aids, generated and tested concepts, and designed an improved flight booking and travel experience. In 1.5 days, we developed the Air A11y web app and designed a proposed airline booking feature. I presented my team's solution, and won the host sponsor (Microsoft) prize for the research conducted.
