I led a team of 6 developers to build a desktop web application for the Economic Research Organization at University of Hawaii (UHERO). The data visualization dashboard application allows viewers to quickly and intuitively grasp economic trends when comparing Hawaii to other states and to the U.S.A. as a whole.

MY CONTRIBUTIONS

Project leader: I assigned tasks using Taiga’s Kanban task manager, ran scrum meetings, and led my team to complete the desktop web application successfully and on time.

Lead developer: I set up client-side controllers in Angular, developed dynamic data visualizations in D3 (the brush/slider which updates all charts on each indicator page, line graphs, hover tooltips, legends, and donut visualizations), and finalized styles in Sass/CSS.
